Large 12 inch diameter sunface begun on a plaster blank.

completed large sunface plaster model. About 92 hours work total.

Molding of the Completed Model

First coat of rubber molding material over the plaster model, of two coats total.

This rubber mold will receive a plaster "mother mold" to keep the rubber in place and not lose its shape when casting with heavy concrete.
